Additional work outside the agreed scope is billed at our standard hourly rate of $60/hour. Late or missed payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Once work has begun on your project, refunds are not guaranteed. Any refund disputes will be handled directly between Sitemarch and the client.
Limitation of liability
Sitemarch is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. All services are provided in good faith based on information provided by the client.

Intellectual property of client work
Upon full payment, the client owns the website we build for them. Sitemarch retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time if these terms are violated or if payment obligations are not met.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any significant changes will be noted on our homepage. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between both parties before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
